Ballerina made of gum paste, camera made with rice krispie treats for the body and covered with marshmallow fondant, film roll made of marshmallow fondant. Sides covered with strips of white and black to make piano keys.

This is a Princess cake. Carved the cake to make it look like a pillow to set the tiara on the little girls favorite color is pink. The tiara is made of gum paste and dusted with petal dust to show that I have worked her name into the design. This is the first time I have drawn my onw design, the first 2 were made out of royal icing they just did not come of the paper so this was a last minute try. Hope the little girl likes it.

This is a 1/2 sheet cake made for a PTA awards meeting. The cake is a 1/2 & 1/2 cake with buttercream icing, the paint pallet, sheet of paper, and book are made of MMF, the easel and paint brush made of gumpaste music notes on side are icing.

This is a cake that I made for a customers wifes 60th Birthday. It is a triple layer chocolate fudge cake filled with chocolate ganache, and chocolate buttercream. The Ruby Slippers are made of gumpaste and covered with red sugar, yellow brick road, poppies and rainbow are all made of my homemade fondant.
