This is a cake that I made for a customers wifes 60th Birthday. It is a triple layer chocolate fudge cake filled with chocolate ganache, and chocolate buttercream. The Ruby Slippers are made of gumpaste and covered with red sugar, yellow brick road, poppies and rainbow are all made of my homemade fondant.

This is a 2 tier cake made to look like Mickey Mouse Clubhouse for a little boys 5th Birthday. The bottom tier is vanilla white cake and the top tier is chocolate. All of the decorations were made with fondant and totally edible.
